About Me
Dr. Brooke Baker, PT, DPT
I’m Dr. Brooke Baker, a pelvic floor physical therapist on a mission to help women feel strong, supported, and fully at home in their bodies—before, during, and after birth.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a deep passion for women’s health, I specialize in guiding women through the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early motherhood, or struggling with issues like leakage, pain, or core weakness, I’m here to help you heal, reconnect, and thrive.

My approach goes beyond symptom management—I address the root causes of dysfunction with compassionate, one-on-one care that empowers you with education, movement, and practical tools for long-term wellness. I believe that healing should feel safe, supported, and aligned with your life—not something you have to push through or figure out alone.

Through personalized in-home visits, I bring expert care directly to you—so you can focus on healing in a space where you feel safe, relaxed, and truly supported. This intimate setting allows for deeper connection, more meaningful conversations, and the kind of care that meets you exactly where you are—physically and emotionally.

Let’s work together to make this season of life one where you feel not only strong, but also confident, connected, and fully in tune with your body—physically, emotionally, and intimately.
